Marlow Ukraine Collective
Globe VHS received a phone call from a volunteer’s team seeking our help and services in delivering relief goods for Ukraine to the drop off station in London. They gladly offered their services and arranged for two of their vans for the day at no cost. They stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and are extremely keen to help with the humanitarian situation in Ukraine with the help of their regular customers and local residents of Marlow. They are in contact with Marlow Ukraine Collective who are helping Ukrainian families in Marlow to move into their new accommodation.
Marlow Chamber of Commerce
Globe VHS supported the Marlow Chamber of Commerce Late Night Shopping Event in December, with a large hire van to transport stage equipment that were used for the children’s choir performance.
The Marlow Rotary
The Marlow Rotary Santa Fun Run took place on the 4th of December 2022 and 2023 in Higginson Park, Marlow. The team at Globe VHS are very proud to have volunteered and supported this local event with van hire. They provided a van free of charge to help with transporting all the equipment and supplies needed to set up and run this event.
Oxford United.
In September 2023, Globe Vehicle Hire and Sales Ltd had partnership with Oxford United. Globe VHS become Club Supplier after providing a new 9-seater vehicle which will allow the Academy staff to get to and from matches and the club’s media team to travel to away games in style.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance
Globe VHS supported the Thames Valley Air Ambulance back in 2021. 10% of the profit of any van hire booked and 10% of the profit from every car sold was donated to Thames Valley Air Ambulance via Work for Good.
