Van Hire Promotion Terms and Conditions – January 2021

  1. The prize draw is open to all except employees of Globe VHS, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  3. To enter the prize draw book and use Globe VHS van hire before 5.00pm on 31st January 2021.
  4. Vans included in the promotion are all vans within our small, medium, large and Luton van categories.
  5. The prize is full service and Class 4 MOT for a car or a small van only (excluding commercial vehicles, live campervans and motorhomes). The service and MOT up to a value of £250 and does not include any additional parts and labour apart from that documented in the final invoice from Reliance Auto Test garage. The prize does not include any additional parts and labour, any retest required outside the free retest period, or transport if the vehicle fails the MOT.  It is the winner’s responsibility to get their vehicle to and from our base in High Wycombe (Reliance Auto Test – 60 Victoria St, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 2LT). When the service and MOT has been booked it can only be re-arranged once.  If the winner is not able to attend the second booking the prize is forfeit.  The service and MOT must be booked and completed before 31st December 2021.
  6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Globe VHS reserves the right to move the location of the prize if Globe are not able to fulfil the terms of the prize if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so, but this will be within a reasonable distance from the original location.
  7. You will be removed from the draw if your van hire booking is subsequently cancelled or moved to a date after 31st January 2021.
  8. The winner will be chosen by random on 1st February 2021.
  9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeit, and Globe VHS will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. We would like to announce the winner across our social media and on our website, we will check with you prior to doing this that you are happy with this.
  11. Insofar as is permitted by law, Globe VHS, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Globe VHS, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  12. Globe VHS will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  13. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Globe VHS, Globe Park, First Avenue, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1YA or an email to info@globevhs.co.uk within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
  14. The decision of Globe VHS regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Globe VHS reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. This prize draws will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  17. Globe VHS reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
