This year marks a special moment for Globe Vehicle Hire & Sales—we are proud to celebrate five years of service, growth, and community trust. What began in 2020 as a small vehicle hire and sales outfit in Marlow has blossomed into a recognised local business, serving the wider Buckinghamshire area with a growing fleet, improved facilities, and ever-stronger partnerships.
Our Journey So Far
When Sean founded Globe Vehicle Hire & Sales in 2020, the mission was clear: to provide reliable vehicles, excellent service, fair prices, and to build lasting relationships with customers. Over the years, we’ve remained true to those foundations, while evolving in response to customer needs, local demand, and industry changes.
Achievements & Developments over the last 5 years
- Expanding Our Fleet & Range of Services
When we started, our fleet was modest. Over time, we’ve expanded to include a wide variety of vehicles: small, medium and large vans; electric vans; Luton vans; low-floor Lutons; pick-up trucks; minibuses; and more. Alongside hire, the vehicle sales side has grown – we now offer well-maintained used cars and vans for purchase. The breadth of options means more flexibility and choice for our clients. - Recognition & Awards

What’s New & Year Five Highlights
As we enter our fifth year, we’re excited by what lies ahead—and already rolling out some new developments:
- New Pick-Up & Drop-Off Location in Loudwater, High Wycombe
To better serve customers in and around High Wycombe, we have opened a new facility at 4 Prematco Works, Queensmead Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe, HP10 9XA. This gives more convenience for collection and return of vehicles, reduces travel time, and increases flexibility for those who prefer not to travel into Marlow. - Continued Fleet Refresh & Green Options
We’re continuing to update the fleet—not just adding more vehicles, but investing in quality, comfort, and environmental performance. Electric vans, more modern models with lower emissions, and features that make hires easier (low-floor access vans like our Luton Van, for example) are high on the list. - Improved Customer Experience
Booking, collecting, and returning vehicles should be as smooth as possible. We’re enhancing our online systems, improving communication, ensuring staff are fully trained, and refining logistics across both sites. Faster response times, clearer instructions, and better support are part of our ongoing commitment. - Expanding Sales Side & Service Offerings
The used vehicle sales side has matured—the selection – including expanded van sales, inspection, value for money, and after-sales support have all been strengthened. Plus, supporting services such as vehicle repair, detailing, and workshop services are being improved to give customers more “one-stop” convenience.
